Najla serves as Director of The Hollywood Bureau at the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), where she advances authentic Muslim representation in film, television, and digital media and supports industry partnerships that shape culture.
Prior to joining MPAC, Najla built experience across entertainment, communications, and community engagement, developing programs that connect Muslim creatives with industry opportunities and strengthen MPAC’s presence in Hollywood.
Najla is passionate about using media to expand public understanding of American Muslims and to ensure Muslim stories are told with depth, dignity, and accuracy.
